By using the CatWebs website or engaging CatWebs for services, you agree to the applicable terms and project-specific agreements.
2. Services
CatWebs provides website development, local digital presence services, SEO, branding, automation, consulting and custom digital solutions. Scope, timelines, revisions and fees may vary by project and will be confirmed separately where required.
3. Local Packages
Local Express and Local Authority are defined service packages. Delivery targets depend on receiving the required content, assets, access and approvals. Google, Maps, third-party platform and domain-related outcomes are subject to those platforms and are not guaranteed by CatWebs.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for supplying accurate information, lawful content, required approvals and access needed to complete the agreed work.
5. Third-Party Services
Domains, hosting, email, Google services, WhatsApp, form providers and other third-party services may be subject to separate fees, terms, availability and technical limitations.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
Ownership and licensing of project-specific designs, code, content, images and third-party assets depend on the agreed scope and applicable licences.
7. No Guaranteed Business Outcomes
Digital services can improve the foundation for visibility, credibility and customer communication, but CatWebs does not guarantee search rankings, Google Business Profile outcomes, leads, sales, enquiries or other business results.
8. Changes
Project scope or requirements may change after work begins. Any material changes may require revised timelines, fees or written confirmation.
